Connect your breath with movement


How often do we stop in our daily lives to move with our self and breathe?  

Probably not very often.

Just take a few seconds and close your eyes and start to move with yourself.  Continue for as long as you can.  Take the time to move and breathe with yourself.

"MOVE WITH THE BREATH  -  BREATHE WITH THE MOVEMENT"

Whatever resonates do that.  You will know when you are in oneness with yourself.  You will totally lose time and will be completely present in the NOW.  It is a beautiful feeling that is not like any other. 

Connect with yourself and move and breathe and move and breathe and move and breathe and move and breathe.





Breathe.
